Flat Earth Soy Candle
Despite all the satellites, space-based cameras, and even real live humans who have been to space and taken photos of our beautiful blue spherical planet, there are still some folks who aren't quite convinced. Photos can be faked, after all. Actors can be paid to say they did things they didn't actually do.
So is the belief in the Flat Earth.
Belief in the "flat earth" - the idea that the earth is flat and surrounded by an ice wall, invisible barrier, or even a waterfall into the abyss - goes back to ancient times, when most people thought of the world as Europe, Asia, and Libya (Africa). In the modern era, the Flat Earth can be traced to the 1849 pamphlet Zetetic Astronomy, written by English writer Samuel Rowbotham. In 1956, Samuel Shenton set up the International Flat Earth Research Society, now known as the "Flat Earth Society," in Dover, England.
You know what flat earthers say - "don't believe it if you haven't seen it with your own eyes" - but how about what you can smell with your own nose? Take a whiff of our Flat Earth 100% soy wax candle and you'll immediately smell blooming calla lily, fresh cut grass, and mossy green leaves - exactly what you'd expect the earth to smell like.
Take warning, though: spending too much time near this candle might just cause you to reject science and sail right over the edge.
Burn time is approximately 50 hours for our 8 oz. candles and 15-20 hours for our 3 oz. candles.
